Alistair Cheal, The Lamington blue spiny crayfish (August theme: BLUE)

We came across this chap while hiking in Queensland’s Lamington National Park. Most unusual colours for a cray we thought. Apparently these guys wander along rainforest trails after rain and may be aggressive if disturbed. So hikers be warned!
