Carla Nicholson, Mount Sonder Descent (PEOPLE WILDERNESS)

After a pre-dawn hike to the summit of Mt Sonder on the Larapinta Trail to watch the sunrise, the descent was even more spectacular. As we made our way down the mountain, we were dwarfed by the magnitude and beauty of Mt Razorback and the West MacDonnell Ranges - truly breathtaking.
