Graham Earnshaw, Kvalvika Joy (September theme: 'A HOP, SKIP AND A JUMP')

It's been 3 years since I was travelling with my daughter and her Norwegian fiance in the stunning Lofoten region of Norway. And on one of amazing days, we went on an epic day hike to one of Lofoten's most famous beaches, Kvalvika. It is really quite stunning, with a turquoise bay surrounded by huge 200m high sheers cliffs. We spent a good part of a whole day enjoying all its beauty, and I even took a dip in the not so toasty 11deg waters of the Norwegian Sea - was only brave enough to body surf one quick wave :-)
