Not a lot of people know that Australian wilderness can look like this. This photo of two women's jaunt to ski the steeps of Carruthers aims to capture the beauty of the Australian alpine and immortalise this special moment on this adventure, where the sun was getting low and an inversion rolled in. We had 10kms of ski touring before us to reach our cars, but we weren't in a rush.
