Richard Lukacz, Hiking Buddies (June theme "HIKING BUDDIES")

I met Ros in Lamington N P fourteen years ago. We retired soonafter (went on Permanent holiday!) She introduced me to the bush walking (my dream came true) We have done a variety of walks and they were always Great. Ros is still full of surprises as in this photo. We were trekking in Sundown N P. for a few days and were going through Blue Gorge, when we came across this narrow section filled up with water. Ros didn’t want to get her boots wet so what does she do? Horizontal Trekking! Age has NO limitations! We have such a beautiful country, so many great places to explore, that sharing those with a good Buddy is a great blessing.
