KEIR SINCLAIR, 'Feeding the Troops' (January theme 'FAUNA')

Recently, whilst in Stkilda Botanic Gardens, i observed the Welcome Swallow swoop and dive around with extreme speed and dexterity around the pond. I always though almost impossible to capture with my zoom. Then, opportunity knocked. The parents had to return to feed their hungry offspring. ALAS -- the elusive Welcome Swallow finally caught on 'film'. Lucky and excited!
