Hike some of the most amazing mountains in Victoria, NSW and the ACT on Whitelion's Three Peaks Challenge charity event.
There are two events, one on Victoria and one in NSW/ACT. Over two days - 33 hours to be exact - you’ll summit three of your states tallest mountains.
Vic dates: March 16-19 2023
The Peaks:
- Day 1 - Mt Feathertop & Mt Hotham
- Day 2 - Mt Bogong
NSW sates: March 23-26
The Peaks:
- Day 1 - Mt Tennant & Mt Gingera
- Day 2 - Mt Kosciuszko
Once you become a challenger, you not only commit to climbing three mountains - you also commit to raising money for at-risk youth.
Whitelion is a community organisation committed to helping at-risk youth in Australia, assisting them to break the cycle of disadvantage and giving them the courage to grow.
Your $595 registration fee covers:
- Meals, drinks and snacks during the 33 hour challenge
- A guide team to accompany you throughout the event
- A support crew to provide support, nutrition and hydration during the event
- Pre-challenge training events with our lead guide
- Access to our Three Peaks Challenge closed Facebook group.
- An individual & team fundraising page to support the event
Whitelion
Since 1999, Whitelion has been working with some of the most vulnerable and disengaged young people in our community.
Disengagement causes these young people lose their connections with the community, drop out of school, move into harmful pathways, and get stuck in a cycle of disadvantage.
Whitelion builds meaningful relationships with these young people, and gives them the courage to believe in themselves and the opportunity to reconnect with society to reach their full potential and choose a better future.
