Peter Yandle, Sunrise on Hanging Rock (February theme: Peaks & Passes)

Hanging Rock is 7 km from Blackheath in the Blue Mountains. From the gate, it's a 3.5 km walk to Baltzer Lookout. To get this great sunrise shot, it involved a 40 minute hike in the dark to the lookout. The rock is separated from the sheer cliff by just 80cm that narrows to a crack way below. Looks scary, but an amazing view.
