Debra Guy, Keeping the ears warm! (November theme: Bad Weather)

A readjustment of the beanie on a 3 day hike of the Tongariro Northern Circuit, NZ. This was taken on the weekend of the Rugby World Cup Final 2011 where we had the whole track to ourselves for the long weekend. The weather closed in just as we were ascending the highest peak. Visibility was very low and the wind was howling. Once we got over the top, the sun came out and we had a beautiful hike in deep snow and blue sky for the rest of the day.
