Gary McGlynn, A Perfect Day on Mt Ossa (February theme: Peaks & Passes)
Taken from the top of Mt Ossa, looking south over the Du Cane range towards lake St. Clair. Mt Ossa is the highest peak in Tasmania and is at the mid point of the Overland Track through the World Heritage listed Cradle Mountain Lake St Clair national park. In the fore ground you can see a beautiful natural rock pool and moss garden.
